Are your fragrances safe?

Yes. Our fragrances are hypoallergenic, free of respiratory allergens and made from sustainably sourced ingredients. Diffusion is under 10 parts per million with no surface residue.

Do scent diffusers need maintenance?

Not from you. Our programmes are full-service: we install, monitor remotely, adjust instantly and visit regularly.

Can you remove bad odours rather than cover them?

Yes. Our Genie odour-neutralising range uses molecular technology to target odour-causing molecules and bacteria rather than masking them.
